55pho will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
Approved Payment Methods. 55pho accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods, which currently include: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to approved Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
Prohibited Payment Methods. In compliance with Philippine regulations, 55pho does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards for gambling purposes, or via any form of cryptocurrency. Attempts to use prohibited payment methods will result in the rejection of the transaction and may trigger an account review.
Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change. All amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Withdrawal Verification. 55pho reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed pending the completion of such verification. Players are required to cooperate fully with any verification requests.
Player Funds. Player funds are held in accounts segregated from 55pho's operational funds. This segregation is maintained to protect player balances in the event of operational difficulties.
55pho may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 55pho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
55pho's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 55pho account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 55pho makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform.
55pho collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at 55pho.net/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
55pho implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and 55pho cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
55pho reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method after the completion of any outstanding verification or investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 55pho customer support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact 55pho customer support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.
